Managing Happiness is not just a group coaching program. Over the years it grew into a supportive community of like-minded people who are passionate about improving their lives – sometimes by implementing tiny habits, and sometimes leading by example of a fulfilled life and inspiring achievements.
Managing Happiness started as an online course designed to help couples have less friction in their relationships, and to enable them to have a good balance between work and personal life.
And after a realization that the content can be useful for anyone who wants to improve their life, change their mindset and figure out what they want out of life, the Managing Happiness course became a group coaching program held via cohorts.
From the beginning 2 years ago until today over hundred individuals went through the coaching program, hosted and presented by David Henzel, the founder of Managing Happiness.

Well, if you want to be a part of a group of like-minded people that have the same goal – to live the best life, then this is your cue. You will have the opportunity to connect with your true purpose in life and with the help of some tools and resources, you will be on your A-game in no time.
Reading inspirational books and listening to popular personal development podcasts is a good way to start if you want to make changes in your life, but it’s not enough. Finding your life’s purpose and meaning – your mission and vision is not easy if you are on your own… most people are confused and are not sure of the path they want to take in life.
One-on-one coaching works, yes. However, if you are part of a group of people that want the same as you, you will hear stories and struggles other people have that can help you hone in your goals, mission, and vision.
Not only will you have a group that you can rely on, but you will also have a trained and experienced coach that will lead you every step of the way towards the best version of yourself. You will also be appointed an accountability buddy, a person that will be your go-to contact if you have any struggles with your homework or your weekly commitments.
